    2. How do i activate my software? A.  After the software loads, you are required to complete the registration form and send it to Autodata. We will then supply you with a Registration Number which will unlock your software.

  2. Where do I find my Serial Number? A. There will be a sticker on the back of your CD cover

  3. Do I need to have the Internet connected? A. No, Autodata Software does not need access to the internet to register or use the information, this is a CD-Rom based system.

  4. Where is the CD registration form? A. The Registration form is located within the program itself. When first registering, the form can be found by double clicking the Autodata Icon on the desktop, then clicking on the Registration form button. This form can then be printed and faxed or emailed. After Registration, for example renewals, the form can be found by clicking the →‘Set Up’ button and → ‘CD Registration'

  5. I am a current Autodata Subscriber and the answers to my issue is not on this page. Where do i go next?      A.  Register for our Forums as an Autodata Subcriber. This will provide you with special access to the Subscriber Section where more answers can be found.  If your answer cannot be found there, please call us.

  6. Is Autodata compatible with Vista?      A.  Yes. For more information on how to run Vista with Autodata, please go to our Web Forum or contact the help line.
