Air Conditioning Service Connectors (Summer 2009)

      This information is used for the following:

  • Safe removal of refrigerant in order to carry out system repairs
  • Evacuate, vacuum and recharge the system with the correct amount of refrigerant to ensure the system is working efficently
  • Connect pressure gauges to allow system diagnosis work to be carried out

Electric Parking Brake (Summer 2009)

      Technicians will need this vital information for the following:

  • Service vehicles correctly according to manufacturer's instructions
  • Installing brake pads and other brake components
  • Release the handbrake in the event of an emergency i.e. ignition key is unavailable, battery discharged

Battery Disconnection and Reset Procedures (Summer 2009)
